[MEETING LOCATION ]

We are currently rotating meeting locations around the Youngstown Air Reserve Station to best suit our instructional needs on any given night.  Please follow these routes when travelling to and from the meetings and if you need further directions, kindly ask the guard at the gate.  Unless otherwise notified, this will be the rotation. 

FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH

We will be at the Base Gym.  Once you come in the gate, turn left on Herriman Road (first road on left) and then turn left into the first parking lot on the left avoiding any reserved spots.  Enter the main door, sign-in on the USAFR sign-in sheet at the desk window, sign in on the CAP sign-in sheet on the bleachers in the gym, and await the beginning of the meeting on the main gym floor.

SECOND WEEK OF THE MONTH

We will be at the Base Community Activity Center (Building 113.)  Once you get in the gate, go straight and turn left on Spaatz Road (second road on your left), and then directly left into the parking lot, avoiding any reserved spots.  Building 113 is the large building in the middle of the block with a sign in front showing the building number.  Proceed in the west doors facing the parking lot.  Once inside, go up the steps, through the doors, turn right into the main seating area, sign-in on the CAP sign-in sheet, then take a seat in the designated area to await the beginning of the meeting.

THIRD - FOURTH WEEK OF THE MONTH (AND ANY FIFTH MONDAY'S)

We will be at Building 201.  Once you get in the gate, go straight and turn right on the second road on your right (Stopa Road), and then right on the first road on the right (Kenney Road).  Follow this until it dead ends, then turn left into the parking lot for Building 201.  Park in the lot in front of the building, avoiding any reserved spots, and enter through the front door under the canopy. Once inside, sign-in on the CAP sign-in sheet in the lobby, then turn left into the main space and take a seat in the designated area to await the beginning of the meeting.

[ PARENT AND FAMILY ATTENDANCE ]

We want to make sure that we keep cadets' parents as informed as possible and as a part of that we would like to invite you to come and observe the meetings.  Each second Monday of the month we will have a quick Parents Meeting to go over important information and upcoming events.  This is also the best night for parents to generally observe the squadron since we have the most available space.  The other nights you are more than welcome to attend, but please bear in mind that space will be tighter, and room to conduct the cadets' activities takes precedence.  We thank you in advance for your flexibilty on those nights.
